FIELD RENTALS
RULES AND PROCEDURES
Any violation of these rules may lead to an immediate termination of the rental with NO REFUND

Individuals must be at least 18 years old to rent. A valid driver's license or government issued document is required to rent.
- Renters understand the following:
- By paying your deposit or full balance for your rental at uScore Soccer, you are agreeing that you and your guests will follow the maximum participant guidelines for the field you are renting, and that you have read and agree to the Rules and Procedures on the uScore Soccer Rental webpage, including the activities and equipment that are not permitted. You understand that gum, food and portable speakers, are not allowed at any time, and that violations of the rules can result in the immediate termination of your rental with no refund.

HOW TO RENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

If you cannot make it to your reservation, you must call 24 hours in advance to request a reschedule.

A $20 rebooking fee will be added for any rescheduled rental.
WAIVERS

The primary renter is the one whose name will be on the agreement and is the one who is responsible for payment. That individual must sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT before the booking is confirmed.

All Adult participants must sign a WAIVER.

All Minor participants must have a parent or legal guardian sign the WAIVER.
7v7 Indoor Turf Field: 180 ft x 85 ft

5v5 Indoor Turf Field: 100 ft x 55 ft
Max Participants: 20
$120 / hr plus tax
4v4 Indoor Turf Field: 65 ft x 47 ft
Max Participants: 16
$100 / hr plus tax
Outdoor Turf | "The Pit"
Two 6v6 Soccer Fields: 35 yards x 55 yards each
$150 plus tax per hour.
Includes four 6x18 goals. This space can be used for 9v9 across the fields (9v9 goals are not available).
Renters will be billed an additional $50 trash fee if any trash must be cleaned up after your rental.
Rentals for camps, leagues, or other programs that charge a fee for players to participate will be assessed are considered a special event. Please complete the special event rental form at the bottom of this page.
Party Room | $50 / hour (plus tax)

$20 clean-up fee if food or drinks will be served.

$10 technology fee for TV use can be added.

The party room is included with any Party Package.
NOT PERMITTED

Groups/rentals are not permitted to bring food into the building unless the party room has been rented.

Rentals may not exceed the "Max Participants" number for the rented field. Participants are defined as anyone who will be on the field or the player sideline.

Spectators are not allowed on the field.

Tackle football, rugby, or lacrosse rentals are not permitted unless there are no helmets, no shoulder pads, no cleats with studs longer than 1/4 inch, no tackling, and no "checking".

Goals or other unapproved equipment are not permitted.

Sound systems, microphones, Bluetooth speakers are not permitted.

Renters may not sell merchandise or advertise any programs, unless approved by the management.
EQUIPMENT & SCOREBOARD
- Vests can be rented for $1 each.

Scoreboard can be rented for $10 an hour.

Soccer Balls can be provided by request.
SPECIAL EVENTS
A Special Event Rental is any rental:
-
that exceeds 2 hours in length
-
that involves the entire facility
-
where the activity on the field is something other than soccer, kickball, dodgeball, or flag football.
